Constant pain in wrist and hand
Hi,
Just over 2 months ago I had the injection in my wrist. It had resolved the tingling until last week. I've lost the ability to grip things as small as a fork properly. My knuckles on all joints ache lots. Every finger has become tingling and numb. This has become constant over the last couple of days. I can't get relief from it even with my splint. Please advise as to what I can do.

I can only feel my little finger properly. All other digits are tingling severely and causing me a lot of pain.

Aching knuckles are not entirely typical of CTS so I wonder if there is not some other process apart from the CTS, which has been quite mild (in laboratory terms) when we have tested it previously. I suspect we will have to see you again to make any progress with that and we may need to enlist help from another speciality too. I'll fit you into a clinic somewhere and we will take a look. JB
