Update on Treatment

After wearing splints on both wrist at night for three weeks, I can report that there is a slight improvement at night, but no change during the day. But I shall carry on and hopefully as time goes on there will be more of an improvement.
I would persevere with splints until after Xmas now but if there are still significant symptoms in the new year we should probably try something else. Keep in touch. JB
