Hello dr Bland, I saw dr Khan at QEQM yesterday. He confirmed that I have Ostio arthritis and not rheumatoid arthritis and suggested that I should continue with the carpel tunnel treatment followed by physio therapy for the arthritis. What do you think?

Sounds like a reasonable plan of action. A fair bit of time has now passed since we last looked at the CTS so perhaps we should re-test and then decide how to proceed with treatment. I'll arrange an appointment. JB
