Injection update

I had the injection to my left wrist on Wednesday 5th October and I have to say I am impressed with the results. Dr Warrilow at Charing Surgery, was very good and I felt little discomfort during the actual injection. He also explained exactly how it worked and said it should start to take effect within two weeks or so.

It is now Friday morning and I have just managed to knit for an hour with no problems in either hand. Previously I would have had major symptoms within 15 minutes or so. I didn't even think about it, until I put the knitting down and then realised that my left hand was perfectly comfortable. I only hope that this improvement lasts for a long time, but I would be happy to have injections on a regular basis if needed.

I haven't received any further questionnaires for the trial.
