Painful wrists & hands

Morning Dr Bland, I last had my right wrist injected in February this year which has been effective up until last week. I have suddenly developed pain, swelling & weakness in both hands together with some numbness so I'm splinting again at night.
The pain seems to be mainly in my wrists & knuckles but different fingers are affected at various times! The weakness is very worrying so I wondered if I could come & see you again for a review please.

I agree the symptoms are very different to those I've had before!
Yes I can come on Friday - what time is the appointment?

Sure no problem. I think there's a space on Friday morning at present if you can make that. The new symptoms sound a little odd for CTS so it may not be the same probem but we can certainly take a look. JB
