Returning pain

Hi I had a second injection last may my symptoms have now returned and pain is keeping me awake at night and tender during the day. I have been trying the splint again but it's not easing the pain much. Am I able to have another injection?
Yes we could certainly inject it again but after nearly a year I would be inclined to test to make sure there has not been a marked deterioration. I'll send out an appointment. JB
