Return of symptoms

Morning Dr Bland, I attended your clinic in November 2015 and had injections in both wrists. However, for the past 2/3 months I have been having a recurrance of my old symptoms. To begin with it was waking up with numb hands during the night but in the last couple of weeks I have also been noticing it during the day when carrying out day to day activities, drying my hair, typing etc. Please can you tell me what the next action should be?
