Dear Dr Bland,

Would you be able to see me, as my right wrist is very bad. My last injection was a while ago, I am still not in a position to book time off work for the operation, as I am self employed and cannot take time off due to financial commitment.

I would really appreciate an appointment ASAP, you have always been brilliant with my treatment.

Last injected May 2017 so nearly a year ago. I can fit you into Wednesday morning's clinic if you can make that (4th April) JB

First thing in the morning would probably be easiest for us. I usually get in about 8:30, traffic permitting, so if you can make it between 8:30 and 9:00 I can test you before the clinic really gets started. JB
