Surgery date?

Hi there. I had my pre assessment phone call.
Was wondering if there was a date to have my surgery. The pain in really bad. The pain is really bad all the time and I don’t what any major damage to happen

Your surgery is being organised by the orthopaedic department so I don't know the date but usually the pre-assessemnt call is only a week or two before the operation and they should have told you when it was. As you were put on the list in January I would have expected it to be about now. Try calling the general hospital phone line (01227766877) and tell the machine you want to speak to Adam Chaloner - he administers the orthopaedic waiting list and should be able to tell you when it is if you can get through.
