Buzzing hand

Hi Dr Bland
I have been tested for carpal tunnel at canterbury hospital I have a injection in my right hand and it helped for a few weeks but I know have constante buzzing in my right hand and it also feels numb in my thumb, index and middle finger do you think the next step will be surgey? Thanks for your time

You are due to see me on Wednesday this week anyway so we can discuss it then but if it feels like the same problem still then surgery is an option, as is a second attempt at steroid injection if the nerve results are not much worse. JB
