Appointment information lost

I've misplaced my appointment letter regarding per op and op times and place with dr rine, I know that the per op is on water day the 12th but do not have the time or place. Please if you can help.

I have pre-op on the 12th and surgery on the 19th January. 12:30 for the pre-op at Beltinge and Reculver surgery - details of the place in the pages of information for Kent patients here on the website. JB
