Considering RH surgery

I am now considering having surgery, initially on my right hand, as the symptoms seem to be getting worse. My thumb is "clicking" at the knuckle and feels sore and swollen at the base - is this part of the same problem?
It's a year since we saw you and we should probably look aty that again. The clicking thumb may be a different problem but I need to see that. I'll send out another appointment. JB
