surgery code request

Good afternoon Emma
I saw you for a consultation last December for my bilateral carpal tunnel where we discussed both further steroid injections & surgery.
I opted for surgery & as it is a bit of wait, I was also put on the list for injections.
I discussed the possibility of having the surgery at Benenden as i have cover . They need an exact surgery code for me to apply for it. Is this something you can provide for me.
