Significant reduction in symptoms-wrist support

Tingling/numbness on left hand is minimal now, although I have started to get the odd pain in both wrists which I never had before. Could you say if this is normal and symptoms could return, or am I very lucky?
We think perhaps as many as one third of patients require no more than a splint to control CTS though your left hand was grade 4 so a very good response is perhaps slightly surprising. The wrist pains could be unrelated or may be a response to having the wrist immobilised for several hours over night. If the CTS symptoms have effectively settled the thing to do now is leave the splint off and see if they come back. JB
