I Think there has been some confusion about my pending appointment i need to no when surgery takes place as i am in bupa & need to let my employer have a approx date so i can get a reference number from bupa

From home here I seem to be lacking some information myself! - the latest record I have available here is a bilateral injection record from 27th June which is recorded as having failed but I do not have anything relating to surgery in the records I can access from here - I am next in the office on Thursday so can you enlighten me any more? - I do not directly arrange private surgery for CTS of course - it is only NHS lists that I control directly. We should probaby move this conversation into the Canterbury patients forum too. If you don't mind I will copy and paste it across in a day or so but I won't move it yet or you will think it's disappeared! JB
