carpal tunnel symptoms returned

Hello. I saw you in clinic a while ago - Oct 2012 - had injection in feb 2013 - all ok for a few months but symptoms have returned probably slightly worse now. Tried splint also but no improvement. Wondered what needs to happen next ?
As it has been quite a long time we should see you again I think. I'll send out an appointment. I'll also move this message in to the Canterbury patient's forum in a day or two. (Appt sent out 21.7) JB
