What are your thoughts on 200 MG of vitamin b6 daily as a conservative treatment?
Interesting, so it looks like I will have to wait 12 months on a waiting list and travel 5 hours for an Emg, only to be told to try B6, since the physicians I have spoke to so far don't believe in steroid injections, unless u travel ofcourse ;)

No better than placebo. The B6 story was started by a very poor study of about 6 patients from Texas and ran for some years before anyone got around to doing some properly placebo controlled blind studies and meta-analyses. It doesn't work - one of the few 'other' treatments for which one can say that with a high degree of certainty. There's a section on it in 'Other treatments' here. JB
