Carpal Tunnel surgery

Dear Dr Bland,

Following my appointment at Canterbury Hospital on 18th April you wrote to Dr Sukumaran, the rheumatology specialist who had referred me to you, asking as to whether I could become your patient. Could you please advise as to whether you have had a response and if a date can now be arranged for carpal release surgery (left wrist).
