Hi Dr Bland,
I had surgery on my hand a few years ago now and the pain is now getting really bad in both hands but the right one is the worse. Do i need to go to my drs surgery to be referred or can you send me out an appointment ??

You don't need to bother your GP - we can pick that up directly and deal with it, though last time I saw you I wasn't sure whether the whole problem was CTS. I can fit you in this afternoon or tomorrow if you can make it. JB
