As requested Dr Bland, Report 5 weeks post appointment, my right hand continues to experience tingling/zizzing with certain activities, using implements in the kitchen, drying my hair, holding a sewing needle and the feeling is very intense when driving. There is still no pain of any significance, though my fingers are very cold. I wear the support on the right hand every night as directed, but at this point there is minimal discomfort in the left hand so I have not used the support as I did find that my sleep was very disturbed with both hands restricted.

I would read that message as suggesting that there are still significant right hand symptoms but some improvement, in which case it is probably worth a trial of steroid injection. Would you like me to arrange that? JB
