Symptoms worsening

Hi I visited your clinic back in January, I have been wearing splints ever night since them however my hands are getting considerably worse! I’m constantly awake at night, continuously dropping things and for the last few weeks been taking pain killers to try and help with the pain. Can I book in to see you please?
I have three spaces created by cancellations tomorrow (Monday 19th November) if you can make one of those - 10:30, 12:30 or 16:00 ? JB
