Hi, i had steroid injection back in Nov. The severe pain has stopped and on the whole so has the pins and needles and tingling. However, I do have some nights where I wake with the pins and needles or hold my hand in the same position for too long! Overall an improvement to when I came to see you. Let's hope it continues!

Thanks for the update. Would you mind adding a new severity score to the 'My CTS' section fo the website so I can compare with the previous two please. Do you think it is adequately controlled at present or do we need to do anything else? JB
