1st Steroid injection 20th November 2018

Hi, I had my 1st steroid injection on 20th November last year in my right wrist with no ill effects until now. Weekend just gone the tingling and numbness returned when out cycling. and since then, my whole wrist is now in pain worse than before I had injection. Does this mean the injections are of no benefit to me?
Not necessarily. It may be the CTS being triggered again - cycling is quite good at setting it off - or it may be a completely different problem. This is quite early for a relapse after injection but not impossible. We should take a look at you again and see what we're dealing with. I'll send out an appointment. JB
