That's a very low probability of CTS and it would be more efficient if your GP referred you to a clinic which can tackle a wider range of problems than CTS as your problem is much more likely to be something else (though there is about a 1 in 20 chance of it being CTS). If you pass this message back to them they can choose a more suitable referral path. JB
