CTS symptoms worse

I received steroid treatment in June 2020, there was a slow improvement in both hands, but from December up to present numbness and tingling have got worse, and on a few occasions I have dropped, or been unable to hold a plate with my left hand. I have extreme difficulty opening jars or bottles with screw caps.
That was fairly severe CTS, at least in the left hand - does one feel worse than the other now? If you could add a new severity score to the website now that would help me see what is going on (Click "My CTS' then "My CTS record" then "Take a new severity score test"). We can see you next week if you think the symptoms are severe enough to risk a trip to Canterbury? JB
