Previously had injection

I have filled in the questionnaire and emailed it over I was previously diagnosed and recieved injections I've now started having symptoms and was told I could get a top up is this correct many thanks
Yes we can see you again (we haven't seen you since 2018) but you need to go back to using your original website account as you can't have two accounts on this system and you have created a new one. I'll email you about it. JB
