hi what's the best way of getting an appointment, i had a steroid injection about last july it has slowly stopped working and i think need to get some thing done again

This is the most effective way for the present - at least until NHS managers decide that they know better than I do how to run this clinic. I haven't seen you for for about a year so it's probably a good idea to test the hands again and see what we are dealing with so I will send out an appointment. We are pretty busy at present so it may be a few weeks I'm afraid. JB
