help symptoms are back

hi, i hope you can help i had the steriod inj in both wrist about 3 4 months ago, all was going ok but now i have been having the symptoms back mainly in my right hand but thepain is worse than last time, it even going up my arm to my shoulder! numness during the day etc what can i do now??
Essentially we can either re-inject it or we can book you for surgery. If you want to drop in to the clinic on Thursday as an extra we can discuss it and possibly re-inject on the spot if that is the decision. We could probably squeeze you in between 9:00 am and 11:00 am if you can get here. JB
