It's fascinating to see one which showed little or no response to a first injection then respond to a second. We don't do this very much because the natural inclination after a lack of response the first time is to give up and operate but perhaps we should try it more. There is of course a high chance of relapse at some point in the future - just let us know if and when it happens. How is the left elbow/ulnar nerve problem progressing? JB
