Numbness and assorted pains returning after injections

I have been getting lots of assorted types of pain in my hands and fingers/thumbs accompanied by numbness. I am wondering whether or not I can keep getting injections, (I think this will be the 4th pair) or is it time for surgery? My neighbor recommended Rory Weatherell as a surgeon, what is your opinion? It may well be time to think about it but we should see you again and discuss it. I'm not going to recommend individual surgeons in the public forum here. I'll set up an appointment and you can bring the fiddle :-) JB
