Symptons returned.

Dear Dr Bland, it's 18months since my last injection and the symptons have now fully returned in my right hand and to a lesser extent in my left. I'd be most grateful if you could arrange an appointment for me in the near future. Regards David
We probably ought to be thinking about surgery. I'll arrange an appointment with us so that we can check you over and discuss it. JB
