No improvement after first steroid injection

Hi
Following my test on Thursday 12th February and opting to have surgery on my right hand and an injection in my left, which I had while i was at Kent & Canterbury.
There has been no improvement in the symptoms and wanted to know if you can help any further

I presume we are talking about the injected hand here - I wouldn't really expect the grade 4 right side to change unti we operate on it. For the left side I would give it a bit longer yet. Although most injected wrists improve quite quickly we do see some delayed responses. We usually aim to re-assess at 6 weeks post injection. JB
