Dear Dr Bland. l had a injection in both my wrists in feb 2014 because l live in rural location my wife is dissabled and l need to be able to drive every day for our dailyneeds l was told l could have one more set of injections could l now have them. Thankyou D Bester
Thankyou for your reply, No doctor l did not recieve another coarse, the pain in my right hand is unbearable and tingling and numbness as well, is there a wrist splint l can get to help me, l know l will have to have surgery in the end but living rural and the need to be mobile most days thats why l would like the injection again. what do you think. We can sort out splints and injection on the spot when we see you but I think we do need to see you again after this long in order to reassess the situation. We'll try to find a fairly soon appointment. JB
It has been quite a while since we last tested your nerves so we will need to that again. I will book you in to come and see us again and will send details by post. Did you ever have a second set of injections after you spoke to us in May last year? EK
