Carpal tunnel and riding a motorbike

Hi, I'm finding it really hard to ride my motorbike. My right hand goes numb, I only have use of my thumb and first finger, the palm and other fingers are dead. I wear the splint on my right hand every night but I still get the tingling sensation. The left hand is becoming more painful too, especially in my third finger and I do loose sensation sometimes whilst riding the bike, though I can move this hand a lot easier whilst riding. The right controls the throttle so if I take it off, I loose power. I can wriggle the fingers on the motorway as it's usually a long, straight stretch, but this only provides short-term relief, and it soon goes numb again, so I seem to be wriggling them a lot.
