Further injection?

I haven't seen you for a while following successful injection (again) in my right hand, but the symptoms are re-occurring now unfortunately and my sleep is now being disturbed by the discomfort. I had successful surgery on my left hand but have been reluctant to have surgery on my right hand because of the disruption to home and work life, and the injections have worked really well so far, and for quite long periods. Is it OK to have another injection? I wasn't sure if its OK to have multiple injections or if I really should consider surgery now.

No-one really knows how safe it is to continue with multiple injection, though that does not stop some people doing it. It's over a year since we last saw you so we will see you again so that we can discuss the pro's and con's. I'll get an appointment sent out. JB
