Over the last week, I've noticed that my thumb twitches for a few seconds, sporadically thought the day. I this normal recovery process a year down the line?

That's not really a known feature of CTS at any stage, either before or after treatment - more likely to be a tic than anything else I would think but hard to be sure without seeing it. JB
