I contacted the waiting list office yesterday, they had not received your referral so I sent it over to them again. Please do let us know if you don't hear anything in the next 3-4 weeks. EK
You have been added to Mr Smith's waiting list for surgery. One would have hoped that something would be coming through by now as they need to give you a bit of warning of the date. We'll check up to make sure that the paperwork has gone through and you really are on the list - occasionally things get lost. JB
