I have been treated with injections in my right wrist Over the last couple of years at your clinic. I am having severe pins and needles and numbness now, would there be any chance of an appointment at your clinic. You have always been amazing.

Make it as early as you can please. There are some more complex patients later in the afternoon so it's easier for me to fit you in earlier rather than later. As long as you don't mind hanging around for a few minutes if I'm with someone else when you arrive you can turn up any time after 2:00pm JB
Good afternoon Dr Bland,
I am sending this in the hope you can help me. I have had several injections in my right wrist, most recently about 6 months ago. At the time you advised that I had reached the maximum amount of injections you like to give in a wrist. I am in a terrible stAte with the same wrist and as the next step would be an operation, this would be impossible at the moment due to me being self employed and unable to take time of especially as the next 4 months are the busiest in my business.
Could you please advise if there is any possibility of another injection and look forward to early next year looking at having the operation.

We don't really have a maximum number of injections in Canterbury but the surgeons generally recommend no more than three and we may have discussed that recommendation. We can certainly consider injectiing again but I like to check the nerve conduction results first, especially in patients who have had a lot of injections. We'll arrange an appointment as soon as possible. JB
