Update for Dr Bland

Hello! So it has been just over a week since I saw you and had my injection in the RH; I thought I would update you as requested. After the initial pain after the injection (yes, I am a wimp)... it is a little bit better.

The RH is waking me up less during the night, still having the odd night when it goes tingly and numb depending on what activities I have been doing throughout the day, eg: swimming, piano playing - which is still difficult. I also still get the tingly/numb sensation when driving, using a knife and using a pen.
