Hello Dr bland, my email to your department was rejected so I hope this reaches you. I have already visited your clinic twice and have had 2 injections, which were successful for approx 1 year. The last injection was some 18 months ago but I have had discomfort now for approx 4 months. The tingling in my right hand is now severe, both night and day, with the left being less so. Can you advise next step I should take please. Thanks

Further to that, we have a space on Monday 18th July at 11:30am. I've booked this for now but there isn't time to get a letter out to you and I can't be sure that you have read this posting unless you reply so can you confirm if you can make that please. JB
This is generally a better communication channel than email. As we haven't seen you for some time (November 2014) we should check the state of your median nerves. I'll send out another appointment. JB
