Progress since last treatment

Hello Dr Bland. Just to let you know that the injection that I had on 21/7 provided relief for a few weeks, but the tingling and numbness in my right hand has returned. My left hand seems ok apart from the symptons of Ostio arthritis. Would it be possible to come and see you and discuss further action. Regards Anita Kelly.

Sounds as though it might be time to contemplate surgery - we almost got to it earlier in the year did we not and I think you have already met Dr Rine? We could just book it at this point. What do you think? JB
