It is now 6 weeks since my op on my right hand, and have not had any CT Symptoms since. To the right of the scar is very hard and very sensitive and can be painful is this normal scar tissue.

That is not uncommon I'm afraid but in most cases it does settle eventually, at least to a tolerable level. Regular massage with a light oil for lubrication may help but there is little good quality evidence covering ways of approaching this. If it becomes a really persistent and troublesome problem we can try getting the hand therapists to to try their assortment of machines and methods on it but the do-it-yourself approach is worth a try first.
