New Questionnaire Completed

I have completed the questionnaire as requested. As I suspect, it turns out the symptoms in my left hand have worsened. May I have an appointment to discuss possible surgery on that one as well? I had the right hand done in August last year.

Am getting increasing discomfort - particularly at night - in my left hand. Have just taken questionnaire which indicates things have deteriorated since Iast took it. Would appreciate a consultation.
If it helps, I have had my first Covid vaccination (AstraZenica).

Thats a long gap since we last saw you. As you are local I've booked you in with us at 8:30 am on Thursday 25th Feb - if you can't make it then we can always change that. COVID precautions are on the patient information page of the website. All the staff have had their first doses too, with a few having had the second as well so we should be getting safer. JB
That has taken a turn for the worse hasn't it. I wonder if the nerve has deteriorated measurably since January? I've found an appointment on 8th August - letter in the post. JB
