It's been 2 weeks since my wrist is in pain until now. I work at the office and facing a computer every day. I search at the internet about wrist pain I just read all about carpal tunnel syndrome. My friend suggest me to get a tens unit. I recently purchased nuemedics tens unit but I am not sure where exactly should I put the pads?

There is no quality evidence to suggest that TENS has any particular benefit in CTS so you can stick the pads anywhere you like and make your own judgement as to whether it helps or not. Of more importance however is a completely different issue - you should get a proper diagnosis before deciding how to treat it. There are many causes of wrist pain other than carpal tunnel syndrome and which treatment is appropriate depends on the diagnosis. Go and see a doctor. JB
