Severity Assessment

Dear Dr Bland
I have completed a new severity assessment some fifteen months after the last one. I am happy to report there has been some improvement and the CTS still does not bother me. Good news all round, Thank you.
Thankyou very much, It helps enormously when I get to hear how patients who have not been back to the clinic recently are doing. JB
