Return of pain after injection a year ago

I had injections with you for my carpal tunnel about a year ago , in both wrists, and I have now had the pain and numbness return in my right hand. It is keeping me awake and is rather painful. Can you tell me whether I am allowed to have another injection and what the procedure to do that is? Do I have to go back to my GP first?
You can refer yourself directly back to us and save your GP a bit of hassle. We'll send out an appointment today, but because of holidays and Easter it will be about 4 weeks at present, sorry. JB
