Unable to perform every day tasks

I have an appointment next week. In a lot of pain currently. Obviously I need the tests first but is it possible to have treatment on the same day? I am at a point where I can't do a lot with my right hand. Work is proving difficult, driving is hard, can't do any hobbies etc. It feels more painful than last time.

Depending on what we find the answer is sometimes yes. We only treat carpal tunnel syndrome so if you turn out to have something else that is outside our field we may not be able to offer much help I'm afraid. If it is CTS though we should be able to do something to help on the spot. JB
