Returning symptoms.

Hi there
I have emailed Emma but she is away so i thought I'd contact you here. Hope that's ok.
I had the injection in my right wrist on 16th April and things have got so much better. Pain has gone, no tinging or numbness.
I still have the slight grip issue that Emma thought may be tendonitis and some stiffness in my finger joints.
At that time, the tests had suggested no carpal tunnel in my left wrist.
But now my left hand and wrist are going the same way. I am getting a lot of pain in my thumb and in the joint in my wrist at the base of my thumb. Gripping can be very painful for my thumb and it's base joint. Also some numbness and tingling at times.
It's all very frustrating.
Look forward to hearing from you about next steps.

Most cases of CTS affect both hands eventually so it's quite possible that it's the same thing in that hand. I'll book an appointment for when Emma's back and we'll take a look. I should be able to send out a letter on Monday. JB
