Wrist lumps
I have had steroid injections in my wrists for the last 2-3 years. Over the last few months I seem to have developed a hard lump in my right wrist. It is restricting my hand movement and my thumb feels very weak, almost like it will dislocated. This is painful and affects how I can hold/pick things up. Anyone else ever had something similar?
Hi, can I get an appointment please? The carpal tunnel symptoms have come back too.
I can't do that day or time I'm afraid. I'm available Tues, weds, Thurs & Friday between 10am and 2pm if that helps at all? Thanks.
I'll have a look at the diary on Monday when I'm in the office and see what we can do. JB
I've found a space on Thursday 28th Feb at 11:30 if you can make that? JB
The commonest lumps in the wrist are ganglion cysts. If you want to drop in to the department at some point we can take a look with the ultrasound scanner and see if we can identify it. JB
