Carpal tunnel getting worse

Hello I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel a couple of years ago. It has been just about bareable, but recently my hands and wrists have been so painful. I have been wearing a split when possible, which eases the pain for a small amount of time, then the pain returns.
Any help would be much appreciated
We last saw you in June 16 so nearly three years ago. I can fit you in an appointment on Thursday 6th June at 8:30 am if you can make that. There may not be time to get a letter to you so just acknowledge on here if you can make it and turn up. The department is still in the same place - clinic A of the main out-patients at Kent and Canterbury Hospital. JB
